Questions fréquentes

Where is my DOR data stored?

In the current version, your check-ins, intimacy events and journal entries are stored locally on your device. Bancusoft does not operate a DOR server that receives this journal content.

Do I need an account?

No. The current version of DOR does not require a Bancusoft account, login or email address.

How do I change the language?

Use the language selector in DOR to choose English, Romanian or Russian.

How can I protect access to DOR?

Enable the optional 4-digit PIN and auto-lock in the app privacy and security settings. We also recommend using your device screen lock.

How can I remove my data?

Delete entries in the app where that option is available, or remove the app and its local data from your device. Device backups may be governed separately by your iOS or Android backup settings.

Comment signaler un problème ?

Email Bancusoft with your device model, operating system version, DOR version, selected language and the steps that led to the problem. Please do not send intimate journal content or other sensitive personal information.
