This policy explains how Bancusoft handles privacy in the Flăcău Radio mobile application.

Flăcău Radio is a radio streaming application for Android and iOS, with Android Auto support. It allows users to browse and listen to online radio stations from the Republic of Moldova.
Information Bancusoft Collects
Bancusoft does not require users to create an account or sign in and does not collect personal information through the app. The app does not send personal information to a Bancusoft backend.
Radio Streaming and Internet Connections
Flăcău Radio connects over the internet to third-party radio station streaming servers in order to play audio. When a device connects to a radio stream, the operator of that stream or its hosting provider may receive standard technical information associated with an internet connection, such as the device IP address, request time and technical request information.
Bancusoft does not control the logs or privacy practices of third-party radio stream providers. Their processing of technical connection information is governed by their own policies and practices.
Favorites and Local Preferences
Preferences such as favorite stations and related app state may be stored locally on the user's device so that the app can remember selections. Bancusoft does not receive these local preferences.
Sharing
Flăcău Radio can open the device's standard sharing interface so a user can choose to share information about the app or a station. Bancusoft does not receive the selected recipient or the content sent through the operating system sharing interface.
Advertising and Tracking
Flăcău Radio does not include advertising and does not use advertising SDKs. The app does not use analytics, Firebase or behavioral tracking services and does not use data for advertising purposes.
Device Permissions
The app uses internet access to load and play online radio streams and uses operating-system media capabilities for playback controls and background audio. It does not require access to the user's contacts, photos or precise location for its normal radio functionality.
Background Audio and Android Auto
Flăcău Radio supports background audio playback and system media controls. On supported Android devices, it can also expose radio playback controls through Android Auto. These features use operating-system media services and do not create a Bancusoft user account or transmit personal information to a Bancusoft server.
Third-Party Content
Station names, logos and radio streams identify and provide access to third-party radio services. Those services remain under the responsibility of their respective operators. Listening to a station may involve direct communication between the user's device and the station's streaming infrastructure.
Data Sharing and Sale
Bancusoft does not sell or rent personal information from Flăcău Radio. Because Bancusoft does not collect personal information through the app, Bancusoft does not share such information for advertising or marketing purposes.
Data Retention and Deletion
Bancusoft does not maintain a Flăcău Radio user account or server-side user profile. Local app preferences can be removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app, subject to the behavior of the device operating system.
Security
Flăcău Radio is designed to minimize data collection. Internet radio playback nevertheless requires network communication with third-party streaming servers, and the security and privacy of those connections also depend on the station and hosting infrastructure used by each provider.
Children's Privacy
Flăcău Radio is a general-audience radio application and is not specifically directed to children. Bancusoft does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
Changes to This Policy
Bancusoft may update this policy if the application, its features or applicable requirements change. Any updated policy will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
