IdeaRadar Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

Bancusoft does not collect personal data or other user data through IdeaRadar. The app requires no account or authentication and includes no advertising or analytics.

Local Data Storage

Ideas, evaluations, notes, sources and review dates are stored locally on the user's device. URLs entered manually by the user may also be stored, but they remain local to the device.

Data Sharing

IdeaRadar does not transmit personal data or locally stored idea data to Bancusoft. Bancusoft does not sell, rent or share this data with other parties.

Third-Party Services

IdeaRadar does not use advertising services, analytics services, Firebase or a Bancusoft backend. If a user chooses to open a saved source URL, the destination website or the device's browser may apply its own privacy practices.

Data Retention and Deletion

Data remains on the device until the user deletes individual records inside the app or uninstalls the app. Uninstalling IdeaRadar removes its locally stored data, subject to the operating system's backup and restore behavior.

Children's Privacy

IdeaRadar is not specifically directed to children. Bancusoft does not knowingly or intentionally collect personal data from children through the app.

Security

Because IdeaRadar data is stored locally, its protection depends in part on the security of the user's device and operating system. Users should protect their devices with appropriate security controls and keep their operating systems up to date.

Changes to This Policy

Bancusoft may update this privacy policy when IdeaRadar or applicable requirements change. Any updated policy will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
