This policy explains how Bancusoft handles privacy in the Joacă și Învață mobile application, also named Play and Learn in English and Играй и учись in Russian.
About the App
Joacă și Învață is a Flutter educational app for children ages 3–5 on Android and iOS. It offers Learn and Game modes in Romanian, English and Russian across the Words, Colors, Numbers, Shapes, Animals and Fruits categories.
Children's Privacy
The app is designed for children ages 3–5. Bancusoft does not intentionally or unintentionally collect personal information about children through the app. The app has no forms where a child can enter information, and it provides no accounts, profiles or communication between users.
Information We Collect
Bancusoft does not collect information through the app. No personal information or device information is transmitted to Bancusoft, and the app does not use a Bancusoft backend.
No Personal Data Collection
The app does not request a child's name, age, email address or other personal information. It does not require an account or authentication and does not store child data on a server.
Local App Content
Images and educational content are included locally in the app. A game score is temporary during use and is not saved to an account or transmitted to a server. The app contains no external links accessible to a child.
Text-to-Speech
The app uses the Text-to-Speech service provided by the operating system or the TTS engine selected on the device. It sends only preset educational words and instructions, which contain no personal information, to that service for pronunciation.
Bancusoft does not receive, collect or store the text processed by TTS, audio files or information about the child. Operation of the device's TTS service, including voice downloads or processing, may be governed by the privacy policy and settings of the operating system or TTS engine provider.
Device Permissions
The app does not request access to the camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos. It does not record a child's voice and does not collect or store audio recordings.
Analytics and Advertising
The app does not use analytics, tracking, Firebase or advertising. It includes no behavioral or other ads, no advertising identifiers and no in-app purchases. No data is used for advertising.
Data Sharing and Sale
Bancusoft does not sell, rent or distribute personal data. Because the app does not collect personal information or device information, it does not share such information with Bancusoft or other parties.
Third-Party Services
The app does not use analytics, advertising, Firebase, push notification or Bancusoft backend services. Its only service-related feature is the device's Text-to-Speech capability described above, which is subject to the operating system or selected TTS engine provider's own terms and privacy practices.
Data Retention and Deletion
Bancusoft retains no child or user data from the app. The app stores no child data in an account or on a server. Uninstalling the app removes its local app content and any temporary state in accordance with the operating system's behavior.
Security
The app is designed to avoid collecting or transmitting personal information. The protection of the app and its locally included content also depends on the security and settings of the device and operating system.
Parental Information
Parents and guardians can contact Bancusoft with questions about the app's privacy practices. Because Bancusoft does not receive or store child data through the app, Bancusoft has no child account or server record to access, correct or delete.
Changes to This Policy
Bancusoft may update this policy if the app or applicable requirements change. Any updated policy will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
