How do I change the app language?
Open the language selector in the app and choose Romanian, English or Russian. The learning content and audio instructions will use the selected language.
How do I activate or hear pronunciation?
In a learning activity, tap the displayed word or the audio button when available. Make sure the device volume is turned up.
What can I do if there is no sound?
Check the media volume, silent mode and any connected Bluetooth audio device. Confirm that a text-to-speech voice for the selected language is installed, then close and reopen the app.
What can I do if the app is not responding?
Close and reopen the app. If the problem continues, restart the device and install the latest available version of the app.
How do I report a problem?
Email Bancusoft and include the device model, operating system version, app version, selected language, affected module and the steps that led to the problem. Please do not include personal or sensitive information.
